Shipping Policy

Next Day Shipping requires cutting board/charcuterie board orders to be received before 3pm MST time to ship out next business day. Pre-production proofs may cause delays in shipping schedule.

All orders received after 3pm MST time will be logged as received the following business day.

Example: New order or fulfillment request is submitted 4:30 pm MST on Tuesday. Order will be acknowledged as received Wednesday and shipped out Thursday. Local Edmonton deliveries are approximately 1-2 business days. Greater Victoria is approximately 2-3 business days.

Weekend Shipping: If you place an order Saturday, Sunday or on a Statutory holiday. Order is acknowledged the next business day and will be shipped out the following business day. And delivered by the courier as per their delivery schedule. 1-2 days for Edmonton, 2-3 days for Greater Victoria

All orders ship from Edmonton Alberta.

We don’t offer same day shipping. If you have a rush last minute order, contact us directly.

Free shipping included for major cities. Some remote, small towns, or less serviced locations may incur additional shipping charges.

RG Custom Woodworking cannot control the delivery schedule once the package has been picked up by the courier from our shop. Tracking numbers are provided in order to check on the status of your package.
